Limitation of liability

Europlast shall not be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website. Europlast shall not be liable for damages caused by delivery delays. Europlast’s total liability, where legally applicable, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for the Products purchased.
