Who does the molding
Three plants, one quality control
Europlast has been injection-molding plastic since 1965, today in Atizapán and Atitalaquia. ERNI opened in 1997 as the group's plant for third-party production, was modernized in 2010, and since 2013 has served the automotive and electronics industries, where a single out-of-spec part stops an entire line.
Across the group's plants there are 55 injection molding machines running 3 shifts, 7 days a week, with an overhead crane that moves molds of up to 5 tons. That is real installed capacity, not promised capacity — the same one we use to make our own catalog every day.
