We collect your information when you provide it to us directly (quote form, WhatsApp, email, phone) or through our website. The data we may collect includes: name, address, email, phone number, and billing information where applicable.

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to (ARCO rights) the processing of your personal data. You may exercise these rights by sending a written request to the address stated above or to finanzas1@europlast.com.mx, including your name, address or contact method, identification, and the specific data over which you are exercising your right. EUROPLAST has a maximum of 20 business days to respond.

You may withdraw the consent granted for the processing of your data at any time, by written request through the contact channels stated in this notice.

6. Data transfer and confidentiality

EUROPLAST will not sell, give away, share, or rent your personal information to third parties. We are committed to not transferring your personal information without your consent, except for the exceptions set out in Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares).

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may file a complaint or report with the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI).
